Lost Property

It is important that pupil items are labelled with name and form, to enable property found to be returned to its rightful owner.

Any property which is found unlabelled will be passed initially to the administrative office in the relevant building, and then to the Medical Room in Castle Building where it is stored and managed by Mrs Leamon.

On losing an item, pupils should go to the relevant administrative office to see if it has been handed in there, and from there on to the Medical Room to have a look in the Lost Property bin.

Periodically, the Lost Property is put on display for pupils and parents to view and collect missing items.  This is advertised via Form Tutors and on the school website.

Lost Property will eventually be bagged and taken to a local charity shop for onward selling if it has been held in the Medical Room for an extended period.  The amount of Lost Property handed in makes it impossible to store indefinately.
