Welsh Assembly Uniform Grant  
If you are a parent who's child is about to attend year 7, Secondary School, in September and are eligible for Free School Meals, you will be entitled to a uniform grant of £100.00 subject to annual review.

To be entitled, you as the parent or carer must be in receipt of one of the following:

• Income Support.
• Income Based Jobseekers Allowance.
• Support under part VI of the Immigration and Aslyum Act 1999.
• Child Tax Credit and not Working Tax Credit and your household income less than £16,040.
• Guaranteed element of State Pension Credit.
