Students who live in Monmouthshire and are over 16 and under 19 at the start of the academic year may be able to apply for Post 16 Concessionary transport if they live more than 2 miles from their nearest suitable school. Further details are available here:

Finance
Child Benefit Families of students that are in full time education can continue to claim child benefit until their child reaches 18. You must, however, complete a form to continue to receive this benefit once your child is 16. You will receive a letter to prompt you but more information can be found here.
